This piece came from experimenting with movement and reflection more than trying to paint anything recognisable, although at some point it started looking vaguely edible which probably says something about the colour choices.

I liked the contrast between the controlled detail inside the paint and the amount of open space around it. The shape feels suspended somewhere between liquid and solid, is it wet, is it glass; not sure. I like it though.
